Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• Complete with all original tags intact

Refunds

To ensure quality, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after your item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. During inspection we check for signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.

Cancellations

Cancelled orders are refunded the same day, and the amount is credited back within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation, depending on your payment method’s timeframe.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact our support team with photos. We will cover the return shipping and offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund.
